This website and the services it describes are operated by Pearl and Posh LLC, doing business as BodEnvy Atlanta ("BodEnvy Atlanta," "we," "us," "our"), in Sandy Springs, Georgia.

BodEnvy Atlanta is proud to be part of the BodEnvy franchise network — our team is trained to BodEnvy's national protocols and standards, and we offer BodEnvy's body contouring and wellness services locally. At the same time, BodEnvy Atlanta is independently owned and operated: we are solely responsible for the personal information collected through this website and in our studio. This is separate from the privacy practices of the franchisor, Bodenvy Franchising LLC, which operates bodenvy.com and brand-level marketing under its own policy.

Information you give us directly:

• Name, phone number, and email address when you fill out a form, request pricing, or book a consultation
• Appointment and consultation details, including services discussed and treatment history
• Messages you send us by phone, text, email, or through this website
• Payment information when you purchase services or a membership — processed by our payment or financing provider; we do not store full card numbers

Consultation, treatment, and health-related information — including photos, body composition scans, and treatment notes — is collected only in connection with your care, used only to provide and improve your treatment, and is never sold or shared with advertisers.

Information collected automatically: device and browser information, IP address, and how you interact with our website, where cookies or similar technologies are used on this site.

Consultation, treatment, and other health-related information is never shared with advertisers or used for marketing purposes.

If BodEnvy Atlanta ever works with advertising or analytics partners — for example, to measure the performance of our own ads — any information shared for that purpose is limited to contact and website-interaction data, never health or treatment information, and you can opt out at any time (see "Your Privacy Rights" below).

By providing your phone number and opting in — for example, on our booking form — you agree that BodEnvy Atlanta may contact you by call or text message, including by automated technology, at that number for:

• Appointment reminders and confirmations
• Account and service-related notifications
• Promotional offers and body contouring / wellness tips, only if you've separately opted in to marketing messages

Georgia does not currently have a comprehensive state privacy law giving residents specific statutory rights the way some other states do. Regardless, we offer every visitor and client the same set of privacy rights and choices:

• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your information, subject to reasonable business, legal, and record-keeping needs (see "How long we keep information" below)

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in "Contact us" below. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request — we will never ask for sensitive documents, like a Social Security number or government ID, to do this. We aim to respond within a reasonable time, generally no more than 45 days.

Prospect and general marketing information is kept for as long as you remain an active prospect or client, and is deleted or de-identified on a routine schedule after that.

Client treatment and consultation records are kept for a minimum of seven years, consistent with standard medical record-keeping practices across the BodEnvy network.

Information we're required to keep for legal, tax, or accounting purposes is retained for as long as the law requires.

We use safeguards consistent with BodEnvy's network-wide standards to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, role-based access controls limiting who on our team can see what, staff training on client confidentiality, and periodic security reviews. No system is perfectly secure, but protecting your information is something we take seriously.

Our services and this website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

If we update this policy, we'll post the revised version here with a new effective date, and note any material changes on this page.
