Does treatment hurt?
No — CoolSculpting isn't painful. You'll feel intense cold and some tugging or pinching as the applicator goes on, which fades to numbness within the first several minutes. Many clients read, work, or nap through the appointment. Afterward you may notice temporary redness, tingling, or soreness in the area, which typically resolves within a couple of weeks.
How many sessions will I need?
